A hometown DJ, DJ Lil Raskal contacted me over facebook earlier today to let me know he was dropping his newest mixtape, It Ain't Over Til It's Hova, and let me listen to a sample. I'm as much of a Jay fan as any other, so I was interested to take a listen.
